Encrypted before it leaves the page.
Every pageview's contents are sealed to your site's own key in the browser, and your breakdowns are decrypted in your browser, not on our servers. What we count without a key is the shape of the traffic: pageviews, visits, visitors, and bounces per day.

No cookies. No storage. No fingerprinting.
The script reads the URL, the referrer, the window width, and the page's own HTTP status. It writes nothing to your visitors' browsers. IP addresses aren't stored unless you turn them on.

One script tag. 6 KB.
That's the whole install. Custom events and a server-side events API are there when you want them, and nothing to configure when you don't.
